About Us

The Oakland Wine Festival is a distinguished event  inviting wine savvy consumers from the Greater Bay Area to enjoy outstanding hospitality with fellow wine and food enthusiasts.

The Oakland Wine Festival is lead by some of  most generous folks in the industry who help us bring an impressive representation of small, boutique wineries.  Big or small, the respect, fun and excitement they collectively bring to the table is unmatched.

The Oakland Wine Festival is an educational and charitable showcase of fine wines and delicious foods.

Hundreds of invited wine and food enthusiast  experience a day  and evening of exceptional wines by participating in The Judgment of Oakland TM, the first Double Blind Tasting in California to be open to consumers, our Intimate Winemaker Luncheon, Elegant Grand Tasting, Seated and Standing Poolside.  All of our events are great ways to increase your wine knowledge.  Our evening  provides choices from spending time with an assortment of the Winemakers during our Supper Club and Tasting or by opting to enjoy a Dinner With our Winemakers.

Our Silent Auction and Wine Pull are exceptional!

The Oakland Wine Festival is a giving organization. Our premiere charities are the Oakland Wine and Food Society; St. Mary’s College High School, Cameron’s Fun Fund; and The Stevenson School, Cameron’s Dorm Grant.

We generously support, sponsor and partner with numerous organizations, both civic and professional throughout the year.

The Oakland Wine Festival, also a 501(c)3, gives 100% of  the net proceeds to support the fundraising efforts of nonprofit organizations who work to benefit neighborhoods, individuals, and the greater community.

The Annual Oakland Wine Festival could not be without the amazing team working behind the scenes:  Micheline, Fern, Linda, Connie, Shundria, Ryan, and Candice.

Thank you.

Cheers!
